Stollen (express recipe)

Stollen
Ingredients
350 g of flour
150 ml of milk
110 g of butter
50 g of sugar
16 g of instant yeast
1/4 of teaspoon salt
3 eggs
Ingredients for fillings
50 g of raisins
50 g of ground almonds
50 g of orange candidate
Zest of one lemon
Ingredients for decoration
100 g of icing sugar
Butter

Proceeding
Mix all ingredients and knead the dough until it becomes uniform.
Add the garnish and distribute it well over the dough.
Take 100g of dough and shape it into  a rectangle and bend it, giving the shape of stollen.
Place the buns on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
Once out of the oven brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with plenty of sugar.
