Carbonara

Pasta carbonara
Ingredients
4 tablespoons of oil
200 g of bacon or guanciale
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of Pecorino or Parmesan
Pepper
Salt

500 g of pasta


Proceeding
Put the oil in a pan with the bacon cut into small pieces and fry.
Break the eggs and put them in a bowl with 4 tablespoons Percoriono (or Parmesan) cheese and mix with a fork.
Meanwhile, boil water for cooking pasta.
When cooked, drain the pasta. Put it in the pan with the fired bacon for a minute, add the egg mixture and turn off the stove.
Sprinkle with Pecorino cheese (or Parmesan) and add pepper if you like.
