Pumpkin sauce

Pasta with pumpkin
Ingredients
600 g of pumpkin
150 g of sausage
4 spoons of olive’s oli
½ onion
Grated Parmesan 
Salt

500 g of pasta


Proceeding
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces. In a pan with oil put the onion and sausage cut into small pieces and lei it brown.
Add the pumpkin and let it brown for a few minutes, then add a glass of water and salt.
Let it cook until the pumpkin is soft.
Boil the pasta, drain it and put it in the pan with the sauce, then add the Parmesan cheese.
