Amatriciana

Amatriciana
Ingredients
100 g bacon
400 g tomato’s pulp
½ onion
70 g of grated Parmesan cheese/ pecorino cheese
2 spoons of oil
Salt

500 g of pasta


Proceeding
Brown the bacon in a pan with oil, then take out the bacon from the oil and put it in a dish.
Put in the oil left the oinion choped very finely and let it brown, add the tomato’s pulp, salt and let it cook for 20 minutes. Once the sauce is cooked add the bacon 
Cook the pasta and put it in the sauce with some cheese.
