Sweet filled buns

Sweet filled buns
Ingredients
300 g of flour
150 ml of warm water
60 g of sugar
½ teaspoon of baking powder
35 ml of seed oil
Grated rind of one orange
Pinch of salt
Ingredients for fillings
Nutella
Chocolate
Jam
Ingredients for decoration
Crushed sugar lumps
Icing sugar

Proceeding
Mix all ingredients and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and homogeneous. Make a ball with the dough.
Roll out the pastry on a surface with flour on to a thickness of about 1 cm and cut discs with a glass.
In the middle of a disc put a teaspoon of filling, cover with a second disc of dough and seal the edges well. Decorate the surface with crushed sugar lumps.
Place the buns on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Cook at 220°C for 10-15 minutes. When cooked, sprinkle with icing sugar.
