Focaccine

Focaccine
Ingredients
200 g of flour
1 small egg
1 pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
80 ml of water
Ingredients for fillings
Mozzarella or scamorza
Tomato

Proceeding
Mix all ingredients and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and homogeneous. Make a ball with the dough.
Roll out the pastry on a surface with flour on to a thickness of about 1 cm and cut discs with a glass.
In the middle of a disc put filling, cover with a second disc of dough and seal the edges well. 
Place the foccacine on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Cook at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
