Chicken curry |
Ingredients
1 kg chicken breast
1 onion
1/2 l meat broth
3 tablespoons flour
250 ml cream
4 spoons extra virgin olive oil
4 teaspoons curry
Add the chicken, that has been cut into small pieces and floured.
Brown the chicken and then cover with stock.
Once all the stock has evaporated, add the salt and cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Proceeding
In a pan put oil, the minced onion and the curry, fry.Add the chicken, that has been cut into small pieces and floured.
