Meat rolls

Meat rolls

Ingredients
8 slice of beef
8 slices of ham (or mortadella)
250 g smoked cheese (or another type of cheese)
Seasoning ingredients
850 g of peeled tomatoes
8 tablespoons oil
Salt
Garlic


Proceeding
For each slice of meat, put some ham and scamorza on it, roll it and fix with a toothpick. 
In a pan, fry the garlic in olive oil and then add the rolls.
After some minutes, add the tomatoes and season with salt. Cook the meat for 90 min, adding water if needed.
