Fagottini

Fagottini
Ingredients
500 g flour
100 g of sugar
75 ml of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
16 g of yeast
125 g of butter
2 eggs
Ingredients for the filling
1 black chocolate
1 white chocolate
Ingredients for decoration
Granulated sugar
Proceeding
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and knead until dough is smooth.
Roll the dough with a rolling pin between baking sheet to a thickness of 1/2 cm. 
Form a long rectangle. Put a piece of chocolate at the base of the rectangle and roll twice around itself. 
Brush the top of the biscuits with milk and cover with granulated sugar.
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
