Spirals with Parmesan |
Ingredients
500g of flour25 g yeast
7 g of salt
300 ml of hot water
2 tablespoons oil
Ingredients for the topping
Minced porkParmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients together and make a ball.
Roll the dough with a rolling pin and make a rectangular sheet of half a centimetre thick.
Cut out strips of dough of about one centimeter and add your favorite gasket.
Roll strips over their entire length.
Bake at 250 °C for about 20 minutes.
