Pasta with leeks and minced meat |
Ingredients
400 g of leeks300 g of minced pork
8 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt
500g of pasta (preferred)
Preparation
Cut into small pieces the leeks.
In a pan, fry the leeks and oil.
Put the minced meat and a pinch of salt. The meat is ready when it changes color.
