Parmesan's rolls

Parmesan's rolls
Ingredients
300 g flour
50 g of butter
10 g of instant yeast
2 eggs
Salt
80 g of grated Parmesan cheese
Milk
Ingredients for decorating
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 egg
Proceeding
Mix all ingredients together to amalgamate them, making a ball.
Now divide the dough into four rolls.
Put them in a pan lined with parchment paper.
Finally brush with egg and grated parmesan cheese.
Bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
