Crackers |
Ingredients
150 g of white flour
150 g of wholemeal flour
2 eggs
125 g plain yogurt
Half teaspoon of salt
Proceeding
Mix all ingredients together to amalgamate them, making a ball.
Cover the dough and let it stay for 10 minutes, then divide the dough into 8 equal loaves.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 2 mm and obtain discs.
Place the cookies on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
Cook at 220 °C for 10-15 minutes.
