Tidbits
Ingredients
250 g flour
30 g parmesan
40 g of butter
120 ml of water
1 teaspoon salt
7 g of instant yeast
Ingredients for fillings
Green olives
Würstel

Proceeding
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and knead until dough is smooth.
Make small balls about 20 g, place in the center of fillings and shape into balls.
Brush with oil and bake at 200 °C and cook for 15 minutes.
