Almond biscuits |
Ingredients
300 g of flour
200 g of butter
125 g of sugar
125 g of almond’s flour
½ teaspoon of baking powder
2 yolks
Proceeding
Mix all the ingredients, then wrap the dough in plastic film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
With the palms of your hands form long snakes of dough.
Cut into pieces of 5 cm and give them a half-moon shape.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes.
