Pizza

Pizza
Ingredients for the dough
500 g of flour
25 g of yeast or 1 bag of baking powder
7 g of salt
1 spoon of sugar
300 ml of warm water
Ingredients for the sauce
4 spoons of oil
1 tomatoes can
250 g of mozzarella cheese
2 spoons of oil
Salt


Proceeding
Melt the yeast with the sugar in a glass of warm water.
In a bow put flour, water with the yeast, oil and salt and start mixing. Add the rest of the water a little bit ‘at a time.
The dough has be quite soft. Cover it and let it grow for an hour.
Oil a baking tray and use your hands to stretch out the dough.
In a bow dress the tomatoes with oil (two spoons) and salt. Put the tomato sauce over the dough.
Put in the over at 250° (preheated) for about 20 minutes.
Three minutes before it is ready add the mozzarella cheese.
