270 g of water
30 g of oil
1 bag yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
Ingredients for the filling
400 g of peeled tomatoes200 g of mozzarella

Salt

Proceeding
Mix all ingredients and knead the dough until it became smooth.
Take a piece of dough. At the center of it put tomatoes and mozzarella and then close giving it the shape of a ball.
Put the ball in a paper cup and then in the muffin tray.
Bake them at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
