Sezze’s biscuits

Sezze’s biscuits
Ingredients
325 g of flour
3 eggs
125 g of sugar
100 g of butter (or lard)
½ of a lemon’s grated peel
1 bags of yeast

Proceeding
Mix all the ingredients together to amalgamate them properly, make a ball with the dough.
Take a piece of dough and stretch it on the cooking table and cut into sticks of about 8/9 cm.
Line them up on the baking tray, placing them separated from each other and bake in preheated oven at 200 °C for about half an hour a minute.
