Ingredients
400 g de mincemeat
1 celery stalk
1 carrot
1 onion
800 g of peeled tomatoes
20 cl of white wine
Salt
Pepper
Proceeding
Mince the celery, the carrot and the onion.
Fry in olive oil, add the meat and then the wine, after some minutes.
After the alchool has evaporated, add the tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper, and cook the sauce slowly, for at least two hours. Stir regularly.
If needed, while the sauce is cooking, add hot water.
