Risotto with mushrooms

Risotto with mushrooms
Ingredients
1 onion
1 cup of white wine
250 g of mushrooms
6 tablespoons (of oil or 60 g butter)
400 g rice

Proceeding
Melt the butter, or oil, in a saucepan. Add the chopped onion and brown it. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon.
Add the rice (letting it absorb all the butter or oil), after wet the rice with wine and let it evaporate.
Add the mushrooms (cut into small pieces) and continue to cook the rice by slowly keeping adding the broth until the rice is cooked.
