Tagliatelle

Tagliatelle
Ingredients
4 eggs
400 g flour

Proceeding
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and knead until dough is smooth.
Then wrap the dough in plastic film and leave it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Take a piece of dough and pass it several times in the pasta machine to obtain a thin sheet of pasta.
Cut it into long stripes, to obtain tagliatelle.
