Castagnole the oven

Castagnole the oven 
Ingredients
500 g flour
100 g of butter
4 eggs
140 g of sugar
1 package yeast
Ingredients to flavor
Orange flavor
3 tablespoons rum or sambuca
Ingredients for the decoration
1 dark chocolate bar 
1 tablespoon milk
Icing sugar


Proceeding
Put all the ingredients together and mix to obtain a ball.
Divide the dough in half. Add to one part of the aroma of the orange and the other part of the liquor, stir well both doughs.
With the dough make small balls.
Coat the baking sheets with baking paper, placing onit the castagnole a bit 'apart from each other.
Bake at 180 °C for about 10/15 minutes.
Melt the chopped chocolate with the milk, stirring well until it becomes creamy, take the castagnole and dip the top in the chocolate cream.
If you do not want to put the chocolate let them to cool to put the icing sugar.
