Crispy baked potatoes |
Ingredients
1 kg of potatoesOil
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Rosemary
salt
Proceeding
Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
Boil some water in a pan and put there the potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and place them on a dish cloth, and wait 5 minutes.
Put the potatoes in a bowl and add the rosemary, salt and breadcrumbs then mix everything.
Put the potatoes in a pan with oil.
Cook at 180°C for 40 minutes.
