Naan

Naan
Ingredients
300g of flour
1/2 tablespoon granulated yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 yogurt
Lukewarm water
Salt


Proceeding
Put the ingredients in a bowl and knead.
Let stand the dough1 hour (optional). Divide the dough into 5-6 pieces.
Spread each piece with a rolling pin and form a thin disk.
Put a tablespoon of oil in a nonstick skillet.
Cook the discs 2 minutes on each side, covering the pan with a lid.
