Ingredients
250 g of flour
125 g butter
125 g of sugar
1 egg
Ingredients for the filling
Nutella
Ricotta
Ingredients for decoration
Chocolate


Proceeding
Mix all the ingredients together until you obtain a ball with the dough.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 2/3 of mm and cut out many disks with a glass, .
Let rest the disks in refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in oven at 170 °C for about 10 min. Remove from the oven and let them cool down.
Take a disk, and put it its center some Nutella and some ricotta. Cover with another disk to form a cookie.
Finally, decorate with chocolate.
