Pasta with sun dried tomatoes and walnuts |
Ingredients
20 dried tomatoes preserved in oil
1 clove of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
200 g of mozzarella cheese
5 walnuts
2 spoons of grated parmesan cheese
4 spoons of olive oil
500g of pasta (preferred)
Preparation
Dice the Mozzarella cheese and put it in a pan with the cut dried tomatoes and the walnuts and the oil.
Cook and drain the pasta. Put the pasta in a pan and season with the chopped parsley, the Parmesan cheese a little bit of pepper and dish it right away with the rest of the ingredients (mozzarella cheese, dried tomatoes and walnuts).
