Ricotta Cream |
Ingredients
150 g of
cream
4 g of
gelatin sheets
350 g
ricotta
100 g of
sugar
Preparation
Put the
gelatin to soak in a glass of cold water for at least 10 minutes.
In the
meantime, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until it gets creamy.
Pour the
mixture into a pan, and heat it on a low flame.
Drain and
squeeze the gelatine, then add it to the mixture and stir until it is
completely incorporated.
