Balls with cocoa |
Ingredients
100 g of butter
100 g of sugar
260 g of flour
50 g of cocoa powder
2 eggs
½ bag of baking powder
Ingredients for filling
1 jar of Nutella or small chocolate egg
Preparation
Put all the ingredients inside a bowl, except the Nutella, and mix.
When is well mixed form a ball and put it inside a bowl of glass.
Take a small part of the mixture, squeeze it between the hands and put in the centre a teaspoon of Nutella.
Close to form the biscuit. Put the biscuits inside a baking with a sheet of oven paper.
Cook for 10/15 minutes at 180°C.
