Pasta with sausage
Ingredients
4 spoons of oil
1 carrots
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 piece of celery
200 g of sausage
800 g of tomato sauce
Salt
500 g of pasta (preferred)
Proceeding
Cut  onion, carrot, celery and garlic into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry all the vegetables, then add the sausage to brown.
Add the tomatoes and 2 glasses of water and leave to cook for an hour.
Cook the pasta, drain it and mix with the sauce.
