Smarties cookies

Ingredients

260 g flour

8 g yeast

170 g butter

2 eggs

55 g of brown sugar

75 g icing sugar

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together until you obtain a ball with the dough.

Put the dough between two sheets of baking paper and then roll it out. Cut the dough into different forms of cookies. Add the smarties on top of each cookie.

Cover a baking tray with baking paper, and place  there the cookies well spaced.

Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
