Stuffed vegetables

Peppers
Ingredients
2 zucchini
2 eggplants
2 peppers
Ingredients for the filling
Same ingredients as for the meatballs
Ingredients for decoration: crust mozzarella
300 g of mozzarella
100 g of
1 yolk
Eggplants
Proceeding
Cut the vegetables into pieces of 4 cm (remove the pulp).
Place them in a baking dish, greased with oil. Fill the vegetables with the filling and cover with mozzarella crust.
Cooking in the oven at 200 for 20 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients together.
