Donuts with milk
Ingredients
200 g flour
40 g of potato starch
80 g of sugar
1 egg
60 g of butter
30 ml of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
Ingredients for decorating
Milk
Granulated sugar

Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together until you obtain a ball with the dough.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 4-5 of mm and with two cutter in the shape of a circle, one larger and one smaller.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in oven at 190 °C for about 15 min. Remove from the oven and let them cool down.
