Ciambelle

Ciambelle
Ingredients
200 g of sugar 
200 g of butter 
2 eggs 
550 g flour 
2 teaspoons baking
The grated rind of 1 lemon 
A pinch of salt 
Ingredients for the filling
1 egg white 
Sugar for decoration

Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together until you obtain a ball with the dough.
Form small loaves of 10-12 cm and close them as a donut. 
Beat a bit egg white and brush the surface gently donuts, then add sugar to decorate. 
Take back the donuts, gently, and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spaced well apart. 
Bake at 180°C for 15/20 minutes.
