1 medium eggplantSeed oil
4 slices of ham
150 grams of provolone cheese
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Wash, dry and slice the eggplant. Heat the oil in a pan, and fry the eggplant. When ready, put the eggplant on a plate and season with salt. On the base of the pie, put in order the ham slices, the mozzarella and the eggplant. Cover with tomato sauce and finally with the parmesan cheese.
