Quiche with zucchini

Ingredients

Ingredients for fillings 

4 zucchini
4 eggs
300 ml of milk
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons oil

Salt

Proceeding for fillings 

Wash and grate the zucchini.

In a pan, fry the garlic first and then add the zucchini and a bit of salt and  cook for 10 minutes. When ready, let it cool.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk add the zucchini and a bit of salt.
