 Strawberries tiramisù

Ingredients

400 g of strawberries

120g of sugar

400 g of cream

300g mascarpone

20 ml of limoncello

24 ladyfingers

100 g of strawberries

Preparation

Wash the strawberries and put them in the mixer. Add the lemon and a teaspoon of sugar.

To half of the obtained strawberry smoothie add the mascarpone and sugar, stir and add also the wiped cream.

Stir the mixture until it becomes a cream.

Dip the ladyfingers one by one in the other half of strawberry mix.

Make a layer of ladyfingers day and add the cream with strawberries, another layer of ladyfingers and cream.

Wash and cut the strawberries left and use them to garnish the tiramisu.
