Bolognese white sauce

Pasta with bolognese white sauce
Ingredients
350 g of ground beef
8 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion
1 carrot
1 celery
1 sheet of garlic
Salt


Proceedings
In a saucepan, fry the vegetables (cut into small pieces) with oil. 
Add the meat and brown it then add salt and two cups of water and let it cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
