Ingredients
12 slices of pork loin
12 slices of smoked bacon
26 sage leaves
50 g diced bacon
16 pieces of sausage
Ingredients for the sauce
35 g of butter
Sage to taste
Salt to taste
Rosemary to taste
White wine (optional)
Proceeding
Beat the slices of meat between two sheets of parchment paper.
Cut the slices in half. On each slice put a sage leaf and two or three cubes of bacon. Wrap the meat in order to obtain a roll.
Roll up a slice of bacon on each roulade. On a skewer pierce the roulade, a piece of sausage, another roulade, another piece of sausage and another roulade.
In a frying pan melt the butter, then add the sage and the rosemary.
Add the skewers and cook them on low heat on both sides.
Add some white wine and let them cook for 20 minutes. If necessary, add some water.
