Chizze
Ingredients
250 g flour
40 g of lard
1 teaspoon baking powder
Enough warm water
Salt
Ingredients for the filling
Grana Padano


Proceeding
Mix all ingredients together and make a ball. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Take the dough and spread it 2-3 mm high. Cut it out with a glass.
Put a bit of Grana Padano cheese in the centre and close.
Cook in the oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, they can also be fried.
