Braids |
Ingredients
250 g flour
250 g sugar
375 g ricotta cheese
100 g of chocolate drops
8 g baking powder
5 g salt
Ingredients for the topping
Beaten egg (or milk)
Caster sugar
Proceeding
Mix all ingredients, form a homogeneous ball.
Make small balls; roll out each ball to stick then fold it in "U" and twisted.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Arrange the braids on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper at a distance between them.
Bake at 150°C for about 20 minutes.
