500g of
flour
1 teaspoon
salt
½ teaspoon
bicarbonate
150 g of
oil
180 g white
grape juice (white wine)
Proceeding
Mix all the
ingredients together to amalgamate them properly, make a ball with the dough.
Form small
loaves of 7/8 cm and close them as a small donut.
Take back the
donuts, gently, and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spaced
well apart.
Bake at
200°C for 15/20 minutes.
