Biscuits with apples

Biscuits with apples
Ingredients
250 g flour
1 egg
100 g butter
100 g sugar
1 large apple
Juice of half a lemon
Grated rind
1 teaspoon baking powder
Salt

Preparation
Remove the peel the apple and grated
Mix all the ingredients together until you obtain a ball with the dough.
Shape into balls with your hands; if the mixture should be sticky help with the flour.
Take back the donuts, gently, and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spaced well apart. 
Bake at 180°C for 15/20 minutes.
