Risotto with tomato and mozzarella

Risotto with tomato and mozzarella
Ingrédients
1 onion
(1 cup white wine)
6 tablespoons of oil or 60 g of butter
250 g mozzarella
400 g rice
Tomato sauce
Bouillon
500 g de riz


Préparation
In a pan melt the butter or oil, add the chopped onion and fry stir constantly with a wooden spoon.
Add the rice, (by absorbing all the butter or oil) after wet the rice with the wine and let it evaporate.
Add the tomato sauce and continue cooking the rice, slowly add the broth until the rice is cooked.
When cooked, add the mozzarella cut into small pieces and mix.
